Matching one these two plans with your own technical abilities to keep your system operating at peak performance for a price that will meet your budget. We will help you keep your CMC running so you can concentrate on building your business.

 
  Gold Support:


The Gold plan is designed specifically for customers who cannot tolerate lengthy service interruption. This plan is a proactive approach to avoiding down time, and we all know "Time is Money".

An annual contract of $3,750 per year includes1:

Services Provided:

  • Free replacement parts on parts not damaged by accident, abuse, neglect, or electrical surges.
  • One scheduled maintenance visit to the customer's site including - 8 hrs of on-stie labor, Round trip Airfare; One night Hotel stay; One day Rental Car and fuel; Travel time to & from customer's site; and meals.
  • The on-site service visit can happen any time within the 12-month contract period based on existing work already on the schedule. Call to discuss prior to ordering.
  • Telephone technical support 24/7 365 days a year, excluding regular holidays. (Regular Holidays, include, but are not limited to, New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day).
  • No labor charges on repairs performed by us, at our facility (i.e. cutting head service).
  • Advanced help configuring machine settings.
  • Help diagnosing part failures and replacing or adjusting hardware components.
  • Warranty starts the day after the service date and CMC certification by our tech.
  • 500 blades (Eclipse Only).
  • Training via remote access (Win7/10 only).
  • 24 Custom mat designs per contract term

  Silver Support:


The Silver plan with on-site service option is designed for those on a budget who would like annual on site service performed by a professional but do not require a warranty on the complete machine. This plan is a proactive response to regular maintenance and personalized training.

An annual contract of $2,500 per year includes1:

Services Provided:

  • One scheduled maintenance visit to the customer's site including - 8 hrs of on-site labor, Round trip Airfare; One night Hotel stay; One day Rental Car and fuel; Travel time to & from customer's site; and meals.
  • The on-site service visit can happen any time within the 12-month contract period based on existing work already on the schedule. Call to discuss prior to ordering.
  • 48 hours of telephone technical support 5AM-7PM & 9AM-5PM Sat MST, excluding regular holidays. (Regular Holidays, include, but are not limited to, New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day).
  • No labor charges on repairs performed by us, at our facility (i.e. cutting head service).
  • 500 blades (Eclipse Only).
  • Training via remote access (Win7/10 only).
  • 10 Custom mat designs per contract term
  • Help in making adjustments or small repairs to your CMC (i.e. replacing parts)

  Bronze Support:


The Bronze plan is designed for those choosing to take full responsibility of maintaining, servicing and supporting their own CMC equipment.

An annual contract of $960/year includes1:

Services Provided:

  • 48 hours, per 12 month contract period, of Technical support via telephone:
  •    7AM-7PM Mon-Fri CST
       GMT -4 to GMT -7
  • Tech support hours can be used for shop labor (ie. cutting head service or computer repairs)
  • 500 blades (Eclipse Only).
  • Basic help configuring CMC software settings.
  • Training via remote access (Win7/10 only).
  • 5 Custom mat designs per contract term
  • Help in making adjustments or small repairs to your CMC (i.e. replacing parts)
  • Upgrade* to the Silver Plan, at anytime
