Technical Support for your CMC.

Select from either On-Site Service or Remote Support. Match one of these options with your own technical abilities to keep your system operating at peak performance for a price that will meet your budget. We will help you keep your CMC running so you can concentrate on building your business.

On-site Service

On-site Service performed by a qualified professional. This plan is a proactive response to regular maintenance and personalized training. If you pruchased everything included in this package seperately, you would pay over $7,000.

A one-time on-site service visits is $3,500 and includes¹:

Services Provided:

• Call to discuss prior to ordering.
• The on-site service visit can happen any time within the 12-month period.
• Parts used during a service call are billed seperately.
• This one-time scheduled service visit to the customer's site includes - 6-8 hrs of on-site labor, Travel Expenses: Air Fair, Hotel stay; Rental Car and fuel; Travel time to & from customer's site; and meals.
• 48 hours, per 12 month contract period, of Technical support via telephone:
   5AM-7PM Mon-Fri CST (11AM-1AM GMT)
   & 9AM-5PM Sat CST (3PM-11PM GMT)
   Excluding regular holidays:
    Regular Holidays, include, but are not limited to,
    New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day,
    Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.

• Each phone call to/from you is measured in whole minutes.
• Each text message you send to me or I send to you counts as 3 mins.
• Each email message I send to you counts as 15 mins.
• Training via remote access (Win7/10/11 only).
• Help in making adjustments or small repairs to your CMC (i.e. replacing parts)
• No labor charges on repairs performed by us, at our facility (i.e. cutting head service) excluding motion controllers.

• Add coverage for each additional machine at the same location for $1,750.00 per year.

Telephone Tech Support

•  7AM-7PM Mon-Fri CST
•  8AM EST to 5PM PST
•  1PM-1AM GMT
•  Minimum charge 30 minutes ($65.00).
•  Charges are billed in 30 minute incremenmts.
    - Each phone call to/from you is measured in whole minutes.
    - Each text message you send to me or I send to you counts as 3 mins.
    - Each email message I send to you counts as 15 mins.

•  7AM-7PM Sat-Sun & Holiday CST
•  8AM EST to 5PM PST
•  1PM-1AM GMT
•  Minimum charge 30 minutes ($90.00).
•  Charges are billed in 30 minute incremenmts.
    - Each phone call to/from you is measured in whole minutes.
    - Each text message you send to me or I send to you counts as 3 mins.
    - Each email message I send to you counts as 15 mins.

Additional Services

•  $85.00 per hour, 1 hr. minimum.
•  Customer must provide detailed drawing w/dimensions.
•  Call us for a quote.

•  $150.00 per hour (1 hr minimum).
•  Disassemble and inspect all parts.
•  Clean and lubricate as needed.
•  Replace worn or damaged parts (at customers expense).
•  Two day lead time on repairs.
•  Call us for shipping instructions.

∗ When upgrading your plan during the term of the original agreement, your existing plan will be pro rated from its start date and credit will be given for the un-used portion of the agreement in effect and applied to the cost of the new agreement.
