Gold Support: |
The Gold plan is designed specifically for customers who cannot
tolerate lengthy service interruption. This plan is a proactive
approach to avoiding down time, and we all know "Time is Money". |

Free replacement parts on parts not damaged by accident, abuse, neglect,
or electrical surges. |

Silver Support: |
The Silver plan with on-site service option is designed for those on a budget
who would like annual on site service performed by a professional but do not
require a warranty on the complete machine. This plan is a proactive response
to regular maintenance and personalized training. |

The Bronze plan is designed for those choosing to take full
responsibility of maintaining, servicing and supporting their
own CMC equipment. |
